Does my motherboard support m-sata, m.2 sata etc.

Hi everyone,

I decided to upgrade to SSD, but I saw those fancy m-sata, m.2 sata SSDs etc. I would like to buy one of those but I'm not sure if my motherboard supports any. I have ASROCK H110M-HDV R3.0, socket 1151.
And if anyone with experience has time to suggest me any SSD that is around 1TB I would be grateful
