Does my motherboard support SATA 3 -III-

I did some research before posting on here and I am unable to find any relevant information about the motherboard. I ran CPU-Z and it comes up with

That is all I am seeing on the information. If anyone could tell me if this board supports SATA 3 would be helpful thanks for your time and patience with my request .

According to Intel the HM65 chip set does support sata 3

Thanks! I was hoping it did support 6GB/s. As I was a bit skeptical. The board is in my laptop though does that make any difference as I was told it may only support 3GB/s. I may have to contact them directly to find out.
