I got Asrock H61M-VS motherboard. I know it supports two sticks, 1600mhz, Non-ECC, CL9, 1.5v RAM up to 16GB in total. Is that all I have to know and any RAM with those specs will fit in? Or do I have to know something more?

I'm looking at those two RAMs:

They both are identical pretty much according to specs and my mobo supports those specs, as I already mentioned above. Only one has "FORM FACTOR - SO DIMM 204-PIN" while other has "FORM FACTOR - DIMM 240-PIN". Is this important? Also one looks smaller in picture than other. It might be just angle. But would they both fit in, in my mobo? Also, why they are different in price? Is one better than other?
