does you mean 12v1 and 12v2 for that's 456 w if that what you meanI have no idea what the quality of that psu is. Its worrying that its not a well known brand and I could not find a full spec for it online. What wattage rating is it on the 12v? It will say on the sticker.
To get the full potential of 1080p 144Hz with a 2060 you will want an i7 and 16GB RAM. The i5's that work on that motherboard are far too weak for modern games to fully utilise 144Hz and a 2060.

do i need to buy a new motherboard?Yes but at 456w this is barely above a good 450w psu, not a 500w. Personally I think you need a psu upgrade to a known high quality 500w or greater.
or just a new psuYes but at 456w this is barely above a good 450w psu, not a 500w. Personally I think you need a psu upgrade to a known high quality 500w or greater.
No but I still don't know what cpu and RAM you have?do i need to buy a new motherboard?
okay so just a new psu but can i put the rtx 2060 in now in my computer or do i need to wait to the psu
I would wait until you have a better psu. A psu that fails can damage other components including the gpu.okay so just a new psu but can i put the rtx 2060 in now in my computer or do i need to wait to the psu

okay and i need to upgrad to i7
okay so yes i need to upgrad to i7Depends on price. Trouble is even the best compatible i7's are beaten by modern i5's which will not work with your motherboard. Sometimes it is better to spend a little bit more to move to a modern platform.
