Does my PC have good enough specifications to be a server PC? Recently I have been thinking about building a server or turning my gaming PC into a NAS, possibly try using it as a host machine for websites but I am unsure what would be the ideal specifications of a good server and the pro/cons of doing so.
Specifications
CPU: Intel Xeon 1230 - OC 3.8Ghz
RAM: HyperX Fury Black 16GB - 1967Mhz
GPU: ZOTAC GTX760 AMP Edition
PSU: HEC Compucase G7 Power Extreme 780W
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LX
SSD/HDD: OCZ Vertex R2, Segate 1TB Hybrid
CPU heat-sink: Cooler Master Seidon 120V wtih two fans on the radiator
Case: Cooler Master Silenco 550
Wifi: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 450Mbps Wireless N Dual Band PCIE

Even a very basic computer can serve application/webpages. The most common server is probably a virtualized single core with something like 1GB of RAM allocated and no video card. Of course some very demanding apps would require a stout server, but that's really the exception rather than the rule.
