Does my PC have the power to record and stream in 1080p 60fps with no lag?

I have this built PC list that I want to use to record and to stream in 1080p with little to no lag. I also have a monitor I want to use. The games I play are the doom series, age of empires series, cod series, and many other games. I also use Sony Vegas 13 and I would like to know if it would work as well.

60 FPS is silly.... in that if you go to a movie in a theater it is only 24fps typically. Your a gamer and does not translate the same as movies.

yeah your good to go. the big thing is the i7 hyper threading to help with all the streaming and recording. lots of room left for the cpu to use on the game
