My Build or what i bought:
HP Cpu Casing
Intel Dual core
2 processors
Nvidia geforce 8400 GS
1024 MB ram
80gb Local Disk (C: )
70gb Hard Disk (D: )
Samsung Dvd/Cd Writer
1 Slot Fan
Usb 1.0 slots
Everything stills works but what should i replace so i can get more satisfaction from my PC

I am in the philipines.

Solution
Well you could more or less get away with the case and dual core processor.
However, the ram could do with upgrading to 2 - 4 Gb
Your hard drive is small. If it is almost full you might wanna consider getting a bigger one, some thing like a 250 - 500 Gb
The Dvd/Cd writer should be fine (Unless you want to use Blu Ray Dics).
1 fan should be ok
Usb 1.0 slots are slow and you may only be able to upgrade these if you change your mother board or case.

kkkk... If it works good. But its definitely old. Whats your CPU?

His Cpu is from what i can guess is Dual Core E2180 @ 2.00 GHz. I had the same system , but that was around 6 years back.

Upgrade depends on your needs. Definitely you cant play recent games on that. But it is still good for web browsing and stuff like that.
