Your PSU is an older design. Given the other components of your computer I guess it's also used before you got it?
Your components also make it work near its nominal upper limit.
Those factors combined I'd say that it's likely your PSU can cause problems, and even if it doesn't I'd suggest you replace it to a new one rated for at least 600W.

Fun fact:
In my first computer I also ran into HDD problems caused by the PSU. Not that severe though.
As I installed a second HDD the 50W PSU wasn't powerful enough to make both drives spin up when starting the computer. I had to switch it off and then quickly back on again to get the second drive start before the first stopped.
