Hey, i have an X4 860k, and had an overheating issue recently.
I would like to buy Cooler Master 212 for my pc.
I have a 350w powerlogic 225x psu. 2x2gb DDR3 RAM. And R7 240 2GBDDR5 GPU.
depends what else is on your pc, but by the looks of it, it shouldn't cause any problems with it. the minimum required wattage usage is 180 watt and your psu has double that.

The EVO 212's fan uses as much power as any normal fan. It's a good cooler because of its heatsink design, but power consumption wise, it's ordinary and compatible with any motherboard and case that has the physical room for it. Power demand is not an issue.
While the power supply is of frighteningly poor quality -- off-brand and only 10A on the +12V rail -- the fan won't make any difference with the power supply.
I have about $30 budgets for the psu. What psu should i get for this specs? So I can add the cooler master hyper 212 too.
The Seasonic M12/S12 and the newer Corsair CX series with the gray letters tend to be the cheapest power supplies that are fully recommendable budget choices. It's not so you can add a cooler, but simply to have a safer PSU, especially if you make upgrades in the future.
