My laptop is not detecting my GPU. It came with 2GB NVIDIA Optimus GT 630, and laptop model no: samsung-np500p4c. I think maybe it's possible that my laptop repairer has stolen my card when I gave my machine to replace the display. After that I came to notice that GPU is not detected, not only on windows but also on Arch and Kali(I have 3 OS).

Can someone tell me if its really replaceable or it's something else that is causing the problem? I tried to find out on the net but no luck and also did troubleshoot for the detection issue but nothing worked.

it is possible to take out a GPU out of a laptop this is why you use trusted Sources to fix your Laptop, Or it could be a failure in your mobo i would get it checked , overall tho It could be due to how much Operating systems you have on there just keep windows and Fac reset your laptop through Bios Or So

Yeah i also thought that mat be its because of the multiple OS but when i did that 3 OS setup everything was fine. I actually was using cuda in linux. And for the bios update i searched the whole web but no clue of the file. Even Samsung's official website didn't help. Their customer support is bad they just do nothing. Any idea where can i find bios?

Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.Than turn it on. When the first screen displays, do one of the following: Immediately press the F10 key if your computer was built in 2006 or later (came with Vista or Windows 7). Press the key once every second until a BIOS Setup utility screen opens.

I am talking about the bios update file. I know the bios setup works with F2.
