Question Does my system look like it is performing right?

So I just upgraded to a Samsung Evo 960 1TB SSD. I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and all the drivers. I ran a Passmark Benchmark test and a User Benchmark test. Both seem to indicate that my system is running way below what other similar builds are. What do you guys think?
