hi

my mobo is maximus x hero wifi and cpu is 8700k, i want buy a corsair dominator ddr4 4000mhz 2x16 cl19 does my system support it?

now i have a gskill trident z 2x8 3200mhz i want replace it

Thanks but why not works at 4000 if I enable XMP?!
There are limits with internal memory control and MB to how much OC they would tolerate. That CPU is guaranteed to work with 2666MHz RAM and you have to push it to almost double that It would be helluva of an overclock and even if it succeeded while all stable you would get almost nothing better than with 3200MHz and low Cl.

You may get it to work at 4000. It's pushing the board's limits though.

But it's a big case of why. Trying to get higher clocked RAM working on an Intel Coffee Lake CPU is like putting a spoiler on a minivan. You'll do better for a few benchmarks, but you're not going to see a real-world benefit out of it as Intel CPUs of this era weren't particularly sensitive to the RAM speeds.
