Does not entering to setup

My HCL L1114 Model laptop does not opening windows..it is showing the folloing options i followed those even though it is not responding...

options are like this.

F2 or Del to setup

F12 Boot from LAN

F7 Boot options

Tab Diagnostic

...please help me to come out from the problem...
