Okay so I have been having a reeeeaally annoying issue with the computer i just built a few nights ago. It's really frustrating since i just spent a lot of money for a nice computer. So here it is:

I have built a computer with an msi motherboard (this one to be precise: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130693&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_- ). The issue I'm having is that the usb wireless adapter keeps turning on and off! It's so frustrating. I've turned the power to max power, turned off power saver for all usb ports and the adapter. I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the latest for the adapter. I have "SM Bus Controller" listed with a yellow exclamation but i don't know what that even is. The only other thing that I thought it could be is that my motherboard drivers aren't all up to date so I got the live5 updater to get all of the updates, but one of them will not update (Intel INF Update) because i do not "meet the minimum requirements for installing the software" which i don't understand because I have good specs o_O Please give me any kernals of wisdom you can spare here!

Okay well that got rid of the yellow exclamation on SM controller, but I am still having the issue with the usb network adapter which is the big problem. It doesn't happen all the time. I can restart the computer and unplug the adapter and then plug it in after windows loads and its fine, but just unplugging it and plugging it back in or restarting windows alone doesn't fix it. Also, i tried another adapter from one of my other computers and it does the exact same thing :-/
