Question does not support installation through usb or ieee1394 port

okay so i've made a bootable usb using rufus because my other usb made by mediacreationtool did not work. Now I can boot into the setup screen but im getting stopped by the notification same as the title above. Thanks for those who can help.

USB flash drive or DVD are only supported media, so are you trying to install off external hdd?

Some USB sticks are also configured as external hdd, so it could your stick.

USB stick. Hmmm okay. I dont know it also slipped my mind that i cant install on the HDD lmao as the laptop im using to install is a 2-in-1
