Question Does nvidia support normal vertical sync?

Edit: I leraned nvidia support normal vertical sync.

On should be normal, and adaptive aims for 1/2 rate refresh if I recall correctly.

How can you tell that they aren't different, and why do you specifically need normal v-sync.
