Does OutletPC Support Visa gift cards?

Hello, My friend wants me to build him a PC, aslong as he pays. I want to use OutletPC to order some of the parts, except both of us are under 15, and dont have any other method of online payment except Visa Prepaid Cards. Before I go and tell him to buy a $400 Visa card, I want to make sure OutletPC will even let me do that.

Your best bet - call or email them.

They show a Visa logo at the screen bottom but that is no guarantee that the gift card be acceptable unless they have some way to verify that the card number is valid and paid for.
