Does overclocking effect VRAM usage?

Solution
When you overclock the core, it affects how fast the GPU can process and increases how fast data processed, said by weberdarren97. It affects pixel rate and texture rate, any things that the GPU processes. When you increase the memory clock, it increases the memory bandwidth. It will run at a faster clock for memory and increase memory transfer speeds, which helps with higher resolutions. It would not affect vram usage because vram is dependent on how much stuff is needed to be processed it basically stores it. Higher resolution, more stuff. OC does not affect it in any rate, perhaps help with usage
I'm assuming you're talking about overclocking the GPU (not just the CPU)? It will mean that data will be moving into memory faster since the core will be operating at a faster clock speed. It may cause a few dozen megabytes more to be used, but I don't see any major effect on how full it is, I see it affecting how fast the data is moving through memory
