Does overclocking reduce longevity?

Does overclocking a CPU reduce the lifespan of other components along with its self?

Everything that is involved in the OC is affected, yes. The CPU power components VRMs, caps, etc. PSU too if it is marginal. But generally the lifespan is not heavily affected unless you do some crazy OC'ing. At least not on a board/system that was designed to be OC'ed.
