Does overvolting integrated GPU damage CPU and iGPU as well?

So I have been overclocking pc parts for quite some time now, but I am going to overclock the HD 4600 to at least 1.9GHz, but I need more voltage. I have been wondering for a while now, does overvolting iGPU damage the CPU as well?

What would be the safest voltage? Because I will try to achieve the highest clocks possible at the safe level of voltages. And yes I have quite a decent cooler and power supply before you guys warn me of overheating and power issues.

Thanks!

Solution
The safest voltages are the stock voltages. Everything overclocks differently, some chips could achieve high frequencies with low voltages, while some may require high voltages for low frequencies.

Don't know if integrated GPU would damage CPU, I wouldn't risk it either way. Even a low end dedicated card could beat the iGPU, so get one.

You haven't told me what your CPU is, how should I know what's good for it?
