Question Does PCI-e 2.0 x1 bottleneck SATA3 speed?

i want to buy an adapter which is convert PCI-e x1 to 2 SATA3 but the motherboard is only support for PCI-e 2.0 Speed, mean the PCI-e 2.0 is bottleneck the SSD speed (550mb/s) and other sata port.

It will, but I'm not sure how much you'll notice. PCI-E 2.0 x1 has a max speed of 500MB/s.
