Does physical game stay with origin account?

Hello, I was thinking of installing battlefield 3 from the physical copy and I was wondering if I reinstall windows and go log back in my origin account, I can redownload it?

^1+, i have 4 games from physical copies that i added to my origin account and they work fine, and 4 other games that ported over from my steam account so i have 2 copies of the same game
