Question Does power supply cord go wrong ?? what are the symptoms of a bad power cord ?

my psu is Antec True power 80+ gold 750 watts
6 years old
my question is that

my psu came with 13a power cord
and sometimes it suddenly restarts my pc ( no bsod , no warning , it just restarts )

it doesn't happen everyday
it happens like after 15-20 days or sometimes after 10 days
and i do gaming a lot
on 1080p resolution
Apex - csgo - gta
i tried my friend psu cable which is rated as 6a

but my psu is of 750 watts
with his powrr cord my pc restarts more than average

but with my power cord ( 13a )it only does sometimes


13 a = 1300 watts
6 a = 600 watts

is my original power cord faulty ?

i don't expect anything normal from my friends power supply cord cuz of its build quality
its cheap quality


my question is that


do i need a new power cord ??

i know my psu is absolutely fine

cause i do a lot of gaming

i even did stress test with ocot software
( 100% gpu 100% cpu )
for about 1 hour straight

It's a PSU that is failing most likely. Not the cord.
