Does PSU actually use up all its power in OC?

Does a PSU actually use up all its power in OC? I bought a 1000Watt OCZ PSU for my next case modding. I am concerned that the PSU will use up all its power in normal OC mode. I don't want to pay high electric bil.

PSU's only use as much as they need to use to feed your system.

The PSU you have is the finest made and will power things for decades!
At the end of the 5 year warrenty call them up and send the PSU to them ....they will replace the fan and all the caps for "cheap" and renew the warrenty for another 5 years.
