RAM will not make very much difference on that setup. As long as you're using at least 4GB(8GB recommended) of ddr3 RAM you will be fine.
That setup has a very strong cpu and a kinda weak video card.
So I would nt be able to run it smoothly?
Also, would a GTX 650 ti boost 2 GB be better? If not, what do you recommend?
Your video card is good as is, and yes you can run it smoothly, you can run it smoothly on high settings if you wanted to. ArmA is a demanding game, if you can run it good, which you can, you'll be able to play a lot of other games. Since your preset video card is a damn good card, you can choose a different one if you like, i recommend just sticking with the current one unless you wanna upgrade, it's relatively new hardware so it's gonna do a good job at playing demanding games. It will also last a good while, so you won't have to upgrade for a while, so enjoy your PC and don't worry about upgrades, it's a nice rig.
