I have a Intel Core i5-6600K and HyperX FURY Black 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 RAM. Do they have to be compatible and if so, are they on an ATX DDR4 LGA1551 motherboard? Just to make sure.

And to add on to this, if it's not too much work (I'm kinda lazy :I) I'd like to know if this build would fit, just to make sure.

Cheers.

Sir If U Wanna Over Clock The Cpu ( Im Sure U Want Because U Choosed The K Series ) So U Need A Z Series Mobo LIke This ( I Suggest This ) :

The Lowest Price And The Same As Ur Cpu ( if U Are Low On Budget ) :

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9GL7YJ/asrock-motherboard-z170ax1

Or If U Want Msi U Should Pay More :

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qJbkcf/msi-motherboard-z170apcmate

And I Wanna Say Other ThingS Is Ok :) And The Ram Is Compatible Enough :)

But : If U Dont Want Ur Cpu To Overclock So Why U Afford The K Series ? If U Dont Wanna Oc Ur Mobo So Change Ur Cpu And Dont Change Ur Mobo And Save Ur MOney :) Here Is The Suggested Cpu :)

Thanks both of you!

I have a budget of €700, which isn't a whole lot, but should be fine. So if I understand correctly, to overclock I need a Z170 board and a higher PSU wattage of about 500W?

P.S. your English isn't very bad :)

To answer your question, ram compatibility is based on the motherboard.
Ram vendors will have apps to check. Enter your motherboard, and you will get a list of supported kits.
I am certain you are ok.

1. Yes, to oc a i5-6600K you will need a Z170 based motherboard.
Most any will do.
As of 12/04/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v Vcore.

I5-6600K
5.2 <1% delidded
4.9 14%
4.8 38%
4.7 67%
4.6 87%

That is some 40% performance you are leaving on the table if you do not overclock the K as intended.

2. The psu you need is determined by your graphics card. A GTX750ti takes minimal power, and a 300w psu will do fine.
If the card is a highly overclocked one that needs a 6 pin pcie power lead, then add 75w.
The Seasonic 360w is excellent quality and will do fine.
But... it seems to me that your build is overpowered in cpu compared to the graphics card.
If, in the future you might want a stronger graphics card, buy a psu in the 500-600w range.
Seasonic is always good.

OTOH, you might find better gaming with your budget by using a $125 i3-6100, a $50 H110 motherboard, and a stronger graphics card.

Yes, I do plan on upgrading my GPU, but this whole build is still WIP, so I might just end up with a completely different build. I'll also take a look at the review you linked me.

Cheers.

(And sorry for the slightly late reply, busy with a lot of stuff)
