Please list full system specs. (including monitor specs)

Intel i9-9900K

ASUS ROG Swift PG258Q 24.5 240Hz 1ms 1080p G-Sync

MSI MEG Z390 GODLIKE

ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP Extreme

Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB

Samsung SSD 970 PRO 512GB

EVGA Supernova 1600W T2 80+ Titanium

Everything else being equal, it's always best to use the least number of sticks to get the total RAM desired. Picking up 2x16GB sticks will allow your RAM to run faster with tighter timings compared to 4x8GB.

With that rig I would also go with at least a 1440p monitor if not a 4k.
Also, 1600W is total overkill if these are ALL your internal components. You'll be constantly running your power supply outside of it's 40-60% utilization sweet spot. Won't hurt anything though - just a few extra dollars of electricity.

Just check your motherboard's QVL and make sure whatever RAM you get is on there.

I honestly do not know what QVL is but all i know is the ram i told you about works with the motherboard i have perfectly and just to make sure are you sure that 2x16 is better then 4x8 for faster performance and speed for gaming ??

Motherboard supports Memory Speed from DDR4-2133 till DDR4-4600

QVL = Qualified Vendor List
It means that those memory sticks/kits, in the list, have been tested and are approved by the motherboard manufacturer to run at their rated speed.

I am sure that 2x16 sticks stresses the memory controller less than 4x8 sticks, leading to potentially better memory speeds and timings for the same amount (GBs) of memory. If you are not adjusting the memory speed or timings manually then it probably won't make a difference in games.

@alceryes So definitely the 2x16 is much more better then the 4x8 even though its only 133+ MHz difference in the 4x8 RAM so i think i should go with the 2x16 4133 MHz or ?
