[SOLVED] Does reinstalling windows 10 break user folders on other drives?

Windows is windows and does what it wants there are times where it recognizes the changes and will accept it. Others the drives will freak out and go what in the world is going on here okay no we are done fresh start time.

Yes.
To clarify, the Libraries are redirected, or the whole /Users/ folder?

If the latter, that is a really bad idea. Even the semiannual Feature Update can break that.
