I'm planning to buy either ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB OR Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming OC 12GB

MY SPECS:

CPU: RYZEN 7 5800x
MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI-II
GPU1 GIGABYTE WINDFORCE GTX 1060 6gb (Soon to be replaced)
GPU2: ELGATO PRO 4k60
RAM: GSKILL TRIDENT Z NEO 2x16GB DDR4 3600
PSU: Seasonic FOCUS Plus 850 Gold SSR-850FX 850W 80+ Gold

If, IF, the ASUS card will fit with it, it will be incredibly tight, and it MIGHT fit, because at 3.25 slot there may be just enough room between the second x16 slot and the third PCIe slot just above it to accommodate it, but I think the fit is too tight even if it does fit physically. If it fits, it leaves little to no room for any airflow to the gaming card.

At only 3 slots wide, the Gigabyte card looks like the better option in terms of fitment and cooling considerations.
