Does shadowplay affect the gpu in any bad way?

Does shadowplay affect the gpu in any bad way? Like is something bad happening to it when im playing h1z1 and streaming with shadowplay

There is nothing bad happening, Nvidia wouldnt have implemented it if it killed cards.
Shadowplay is a very lightweight recording software.
