once i have heard that , SSD has nand flash memory which is (Non - volatile memory ) can't lose Data , BUT !!!
if the ssd isn't attached to the pc which means it doesn't have an electric current in it's nand , then the nand will lose it's electric charge and starts to loss data by time
Is that true ????!

Not in the short term, no. That is why it is non-volatile. So no concern with shutting your laptop or desktop off for a few days or weeks.

If you left an SSD alone for many years, it might lose some data. The way TLC and QLC nand store data leaves room for errors to creep in. Keep in mind the paper above is referring to drives past their recommended endurance.

TLC 3 bits per cell (8 states)
QLC 4 bits per cell (16 states)

More states, closer each measurement result is to each other and a misread more likely.

SLC and MLC are less vulnerable, 1 bit and 2 bit per cell (Though pretty rare in the consumer space now)

Probably wouldn't lose much if anything as the CRC checks and journaling keep decent track of what should be there. A drive might be able to recover its own data, or with help from an external program.
