Does system refresh delete applications on other hard drives? (Windows 8.1)

Hi, my pc is unable to start up properly so I decided to refresh my pc. However, I got warning message that it will erase all my desktop applications. Fortunately for me I have most of my applications and files on another hardrive [ D: ]. Although I was still wondering if the system refresh will affect the applications and files on my D: drive whatsoever and if all my applications (like steam games) would still be functional after the refresh.

Short answer - no. The refresh will only affect the drive the primary OS is installed on.
