Yes the AIO's mounting mechanism will work in conjunction with the motherboard, since the platform is AM4 socket. Out of curiosity, what processor are you going to pair with that motherboard? What is the make and model of your chassis/case?

Oh i see but does the pump connector 3pin and fan connector 4-pin (PWM) will work on my motherboard?

I have RYZEN 5 2400G and Tecware Vega case btw.
