[SOLVED] Does the 1050 ti cpu bottleneck the ryzen 5 2600?

If your gaming at 1080P the 1050 ti with the 2600 is a good pairing, your probably looking at medium-ish settings on newer AAA games.

Not really, but something more along the lines of a 1060/580 would be a better pick for that chip.

Throw the word "bottleneck" out of your vocabulary, and throw out the idea that there is a tight relationship between CPU and GPU as to what goes with what.

More important is:
- What resolution and refresh rate is your monitor?
- Does it have GSync, FreeSync, or neither?
- What games do you play?

And, to a lesser extent: Is your goal to maximize frame rates, play at 60fps with max details, or something else?

It will work fine, but you will need to turn settings down. I've got one with a 1700x now, and hoping to upgrade soon.
