Question Does the 2200g have problems with VirtualBox?

Currently, i have a system that I am selling but no one has purchased yet.
I also have a rtx2080 which is for my main rig (when all parts do come)
I am just wondering if the 2200g has any problems running VirtualBox?
Ubuntu cannot recognise the 2200g
it comes with this error:
VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Your 64-bit guest will fail to detect a 64-bit CPU and will not be able to boot.
does anyone know a fix?

You first might need to enable any and all assorted virtualization features in the BIOS, as these are occasionally not enabled by default....
