[SOLVED] does the 5700/xt cards still have driver issues and if so then what are they?

I've been looking at some reviews of the cards and I was wondering what the "driver issues" were since I see them ever so often in reviews but nobody really elaborates.

You name it, it happens with these cards since the release of them. Amd has been chasing it's tail with updating drivers to fix the problems. Bsod, black screens, stuttering, running at wrong speeds, reporting wrong speeds, games not working with it, not boosting in game, not being able to get drivers working with it and on and on...…….
