does the 750 Ti work is X51 with PSU of 240W

I want to upgrade the stock GT 545 my computer came with to a newer card. The 750 Ti claims that it uses a TDP of 60W while my card supposedly uses 105W. Could you please explain if I can get this to work.

If you are using a 105W card now with no problems, it stands to reason using a lesser wattage card would be fine. Go for it.
