Does the A10-6800K Richland come with a stock cooler?

I'm settled on the A10-6800K Richland processor for its graphics and perhaps it's overclocking abilities. Definitely an upgrade from my present system whose time has come to be sent to the scrapyard. This would be the "Black" version. What I need to know is whether it has stock cooler in the retail kit. My case is the Rosewill Thor V2 which has 3 tremendous 230mm chassis fans. I'm thinking that for starters a stock cooler would work fine and then I can upgrade it a little later. The Thor is a huge case and I know it could accommodate something like the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO, but I'm not sure if that's going to block any of the memory slots or cause other installation problems. The Mobo I want is the ASUS F2A85-V PRO. I know most mobos have the RAM slots located quite close to the CPU socket. Any advice or actual knowledge about what's in the box for the A10-6800K? I can't seem to get that information from Newegg nor from AMD itself.

Thanks for that. It must be the retail box because of the world "BOX" in the model number. It's AD680KWOHLBOX on Newegg. A number of reviewers say that even with the stock cooler they can overclock to 4.4ghz. Using the stock cooler to get the ball rolling may be my best financial solution right now. I'm only waiting on the CPU to go down a bit in price at Newegg. It's either that or a promo code from them covering that processor.

The problem with that one may be that the memory I've chosen isn't low profile. It's this one:

What would be a decent cooler that could accommodate normal sized RAM with heatsinks attached like the above item?

Dignified

The sticks you have chosen are low profile ( "high profile" are ones with tall heatsink like Corsair Vengeance/Dominator, GSKill trident,.. ) and they'll fit under a Hyper 212 EVO ( or just any big tower cooler including the Noctua NH D14 ) nicely :)
