Does the alienware x51 R2 motherboard work with other computer setups?

Trying to use my x51 R2 motherboard for this current build, will it work? (Sorry for being a noob)

GPU : ASUS ROG POSEIDON-GTX780-P-3GD5 Graphics Card
PSU : Corsair Professional Series HX 750

Already have an alienware x51 R2 . I was just wondering if the x51 R2 motherboard will work If I use this GPU and PSU.

Try selecting the parts on pcpartpicker, make sure compatibility is on.
