Does the ASUS B350-F motherboard need a graphics card to boot up?

Im building a first time pc and upon boot up it does two sets of beeps - *long then 3 short* and the *long and 4 short* this means( from my understanding) 1.No vga detected and 2. Hardware failure - does this board need a graphics card?

Specs are: hyperX predator ddr4 RAM 3333MHz 2x8gb
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700k
No GPU

Yes you need a card the 1700x doesn't have integrated graphics , the 2200G and the 2400G do. You need a card.
