Does this motherboard support 3Slot GPUs or how can I check? Thank you

What dictates how many slots GPU cooler a "motherboard" supports is case clearance below the x16 GPU slot for the HSF. You could have a 10-slots GPU in an ITX motherboard as long as the case has the room for that to hang off the PCIe slot and sufficient bracing to prevent it from breaking the slot.
