Does the ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q support DP to HDMI conversion?

As you see in the title 'Does the ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q support DP to HDMI conversion?', will I be able to do this conversion (DP to HDMI / at 1080p 60Hz minimum) on this particular monitor or is this not a supported feature?

Thanks in advance. I am really confused and need some explanations.

No, according to ASUS, driver support is insufficiently present if you want to to use an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter, and is therefore not recommendable.
If it was possible, there would still be the chance of sacrificing some features the monitor has to offer.
