Does the BenQ GL2450 support Gsync?

My GL2450 from BenQ has no DisplayPort but I remember reading somewhere it supported GSync, is this true? Also can I use a Displayport to HDMI cable from my GTX970 to the monitor to enable Gsync or does it not work like that?

No the monitor does not have G Sync support. You need to have a monitor and graphic card that support G Sync. Gsync currently is only supported on Displayport.
