Does the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO come with thermal paste pre-applied? Srry firdt time building a gaming pc.

I just bought a heat sync fan and was wondering if i needed to get some thermal paste as well. Please bare with me.

It come with thermal paste, but is NOT "pre-applied", meaning you have to apply it by yourself.
