I have a MSI X99S SLI PLUS motherboard, and a corsair h55 water cooler. I bought all my parts on pcpartpicker, and It said everything was compatible. However, when putting the heatsink on the motherboard, I've come into the conflict that it won't fit because the screws are too short, and the longer screws are for amd and other intel sockets won't fit. The Coolers box even states that it supports lga2011, so does it not support lga2011v3? If it doesn't, is there any way that I can make it work?

Solution
It is compatible with socket 2011-v3. Definitely use the link Alex posted above.

Also, use the quick start guide as a reference and just follow the 2011 installation. You need to use the screw that is labeled "L" for 2011-v3
