Does the GA-EP35-DS3P have Beep code?

Hi All

I just installed the new mother board and it doesn't beep when I power up. I found that my video card is dead, so I can't see the MOBO post, but I was hoping for a Beep to tell me something. I have taken out all the ram and added one stick at a time. Each time the six LEDs light up all at once for about ten seconds then turn off. All the fans and HD are working. Is no Beeps bad?

I have a GA-P35-DS3P and it has never beeped on start-up. So I guess they must have ditched the beep!(?)

you may need to hook a speaker to the motherboard.

Well as it turns out, the board is fine. It does not have a beep code. My problem was a bad video board. I guess the LEDs might have told me that if there was an explanation in the book. LEDs light up for 10 seconds then go out when the video board was bad. They stay on all the time when everything is working good.
