No, that is an older AMD mobo. You would need a new motherboard + ram. You'd be looking at around $150+(depending on mobo) for new mobo and CPU, and another $50-120+ for RAM for the Intel platform. The new Ryzen 3 would cost a little more ($40+ total) to get into.
