1030GT is much better than an intel IGP (not counting those chips with AMD Vega)
1030GT is a sidegrade for AMD with Vega 2200G or 2400G.
But make sure the 1030GT is a GDDR5 version, as the DDR4 versions are literally half the performance. Not worth saving $5 to $20 for a 50% hit.
