Does the gpu or psu come with a 6 pin connector?

Hi guys so recently i got money so i asked my parents if they cant buy me a new psu and gpu. They got me the Zotac Geforce GTX 950 and the insignia 400w psu. In my PC ive never had a gpu so i dont have the 6 pin cable to connect it with. Do the gpu or psu come with a 6 pin cable? if not where can i buy one? i live in Canda, Alberta, Edmonton. And YES ive checked best buy
