Does the GTX 1060 Support h.265 Hardware Encoding / Decoding?

Hello Tom's Hardware,
I recently was looking into getting a GTX 1060 for a program I plan on writing. The program however needs h.265 hardware encoding. I know h.265 is included in the 9 series. Is it also included in the 10 series?
If so, other than the price, is their a difference between the founders edition and a Zotac Mini 1060?
Also, can anyone recommend a good 500W PSU with a 6pin for the 1060?

Appears that all Pascal and SOME Maxwell based GPUs will do it. I had the same question as you , and this seemed to be an answer.
WHY do they always hide the info you need ???

Follow-up INFO.
I came across this somewhat of a rant about HEVC . Makes it appear that there are some subtleties to the hardware decoder.encoder issue in 9XX series cards.
